Shipping
Thank you for shopping at CASA MATZE! T-shirts will be shipped within two weekdays and will be delivered by DHL in 3-4 weekdays within Germany.
Shipping costs per item are 5,49 € within Germany and 13,99 € everywhere else in the world (insurance and tracking only within EU countries). Please contact us for other shipping instructions.
You will receive separate order and shipping confirmations by email (including a tracking number for EU countries) as soon as the delivery has been checked in at the DHL shop.
The art prints are made especially for you as you place an order, which is why they take a bit longer to deliver. They will be shipped in a tube and cannot be returned.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with a purchase you can return it within two weeks. Please send an email to:
We will reimburse you immediately after we received the returned item. Please note that the item was purchased in the last 14 days and hasen’t been used or worn. Please understand that we can’t take back individually produced art prints.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.
Please understand that we can’t be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
